Melba Garcia has been a proud East Texas resident for nearly 40 years. Together with her three wonderful children—Tanya, Jacob, and Sharon—she has built a beautiful life in Mount Pleasant, TX. She is also the doting grandmother to her two grandbabies, Xander and Avery, who bring joy and inspiration to her life every day. Melba has been an integral part of Mayben Realty since its inception, often considered the glue that holds it all together. As a bilingual Agent Support and Transaction Coordinator, she brings unmatched expertise in contracts, MLS, ZipForms, DocuSign, Brokermint, and a wide array of essential real estate technologies. Her knowledge, paired with her years of experience in the East Texas market, makes her a true expert in transaction coordination. In 2017, Melba achieved her goal of becoming a licensed real estate agent while continuing to excel in her role as lead Agent Support/Transaction Coordinator. She currently manages responsibilities across Mayben Realty’s four locations—Mount Pleasant North (Corporate Headquarters), Mount Pleasant South, Pittsburg, Mt. Vernon, and Daingerfield—bringing professionalism, versatility, and exceptional customer service to every role.
