About Lyric Coffman

Born in Sulphur Springs and raised in Mount Vernon, Lyric has deep East Texas roots and a heartfelt passion for helping others feel at home in the communities she loves. She is currently completing her Associate's degree through NTCC and will soon continue her Business studies with Texas A&M—education she’s excited to blend with her growing real estate career. Lyric is engaged to her fiancé, Brylon Bolin, and together they share one son, Baylor Lee. Outside of real estate, she enjoys tackling home projects, exploring design, and creating meaningful memories with her family. With a creative eye and a natural ability to envision potential in every space, Lyric brings a fresh, inspired perspective to each property she touches. She’s thrilled to begin her journey with Mayben Realty and is dedicated to delivering a thoughtful, elevated real estate experience to buyers and sellers across East Texas!
