Jackie Carlson has over 20 years of experience working in apartment and hotel sales, property management, and interior design. Combined with her knowledge from 10 years of living on Lake Cypress Springs in the East Texas area, you will find that Jackie meets all the criteria to be the perfect agent for you; offering a plethora of expertise to meet each of her client's real estate needs. Jackie sets her sights high with a non-stop pursuit of her goals. This “full speed ahead” style propelled her into fulfilling her dreams of running her own business in 2007. Since then, her approach has been to value the trust of her clients and strive to exceed their expectations at every opportunity. Jackie’s drive to succeed landed her a seven-year partnership with Courtyard by Marriott USA/Canada where she designed holiday packages for their lobbies nationwide. From there, she designed for the Omni Hotels Group, restaurants, banks, and high-end residential properties. Jackie and her husband, Jack, owned a home on Lake Cypress prior to moving to the beautiful Upper East Side of Texas full-time in 2009. She has valuable knowledge of the private lake and surrounding communities, along with the people who reside there. Since living in the area, Jackie has served on boards throughout the community and volunteers much of her time at her church. As a member of Mount Vernon’s Main Street Alliance, Jackie was one of the brainchild behind the Texas Downtown Association’s award-winning Harvest on Main. The event brings locals and tourists together every October for an outdoor 5-star dinner that raises over $10,000 annually.
