Cecelia was born and raised in Mexia, Texas, and has proudly called Mount Pleasant home for over 20 years. She and her husband, Juan, have been married for over 15 years and have built a beautiful life together, raising five children. With a strong background in property management, Cecelia developed a deep understanding of homes and investments early in her career. In 2016, she and Juan launched Soto Countertops, where she combined her eye for design with hands-on experience creating custom spaces for clients. Through her work in both design and property management, Cecelia discovered her passion for real estate.
